LIPMA is highly engaging, practical, structured and diverse learning program that teaches philosophy, “out of the box“ thinking, specific skills and how to use those skills and new knowledge to improve well-being, mental resilience, performance, self-awareness, leadership style, breathing and how to deal successfully with stress and out of the comfort zone situations.

Over the course of your LIPMA journey, you will discover more about yourself, learn diversity of soft skills, adopt healthier and efficient habits, stronger mindset and clarity in thinking.

There is an emphasis on learning how to implement the learning into an everyday life, not only on learning few “tips and tricks“. After developing foundational qualities you will know how to make changes and evolve as a person and a professional. Online format brings education to the comfort of your house, office or hotel room.

LIPMA consists of 3 unique modules

Discover your toolkit: natural abilities such as concentration, best stress management practices and unique techniques. Develop key skills, adapt
them and create value for yourself.

Fine tune your thinking skills, improve performance, create strategy and turn knowledge into action in everyday life. Become
your own best coach.

It’s possible to book only Module 1

Duration of each Module : 3 hours per day during 3 non consecutive days usually within one week. (for example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Enrolment Prerequisites : min. age 18

Content

Each module consists of inspirational theoretical part as well as exciting practical part. This includes lectures, presentations, authentic stories, meditations, breathworks, interactive exercises, discussions and engagement of participants in self-reflection process, home practise, experiential learning, case studies, action planning, guidance and evaluation.

Founder of LIA Institute and Lincz Method of mental resilience

Katarina is a mentor of mental resilience, coach, therapist, motivational speaker and former pro athlete in the sport of freediving. She reached the depth of eighty-five metres on a single breath of air, which was the third deepest female dive in the world in the constant weight discipline in 2013. Katarina address topic of stress as a guest speaker of many international events, such as CEO Forums, Forbes 30 under 30, TEDx and others.
