Modern Homo Sapiens
Our society is somehow funny. We put sunscreen on our skin because we dont want to get skin cancer, we are careful about our diet because we dont want to get hearth attack, but we dont mind to sacrifice our sleeping hours just so we can work more. We dont give enough attention to an organ which enables us to think, respond or have emotions. Our brain.
Apart from taking care, can we train our mind, specific skills or abilities, such as we can train our breath to be deeper, muscles to be stronger or legs to run faster ? Can we learn how to become more mentally resilient, joyful, calm and perhaps more kind, self-aware or rational ?
Yes, we can. But usually nobody teach us why or how to do it, not even our parents or educational system. We provide you with this knowledge and guidance to upgrade your mind and life in our programmes.
